THE WORKSHOP INTENTION
...is to get into a flow state with carving, and get an introduction to the process of stamp and printmaking in a tactile and therapeutic 2.5-3 hour creative workshop
What's included
The carving kit includes: the rubber block, a stamp pad, a small book for stamping, and a risograph printed mini-zine on the origins of printmaking, in a neat package with a bonus handprinted bookmark.
Each participant uses professional carving tools made in Japan, a bone folder, pencils, more ink, with a safety hand guard and grip mat - all with either morning or afternoon tea with a selection of pastries and a fruit platter. Any dietary requirements are taken prior to the workshop to cater for everyone.
The workshop is for 2.5-3 hours with a minimum of 4 attendees required, where a deposit of 25% is required upon booking. Please email for cost per person.
